Many newly constructed residential homes in Perth are finally being handed over, with owners excited to move in and settle into their new spaces. Window furnishings are often considered an afterthought once the handover is complete. However, these well-organised Noranda-based clients contacted us during the building process. They provided a copy of their plans and visited our showroom to view our PVC louvre display.

We provided a professional quotation, and the clients decided to proceed in advance, as window louvres can take 10–12 weeks to be ready for installation. We liaised with the builder to gain access to the home once the white-set plaster was completed, allowing us to take accurate production sizes for the internal window louvres and place the order with our overseas manufacturing plant.

The louvres arrived and were installed in the home during the week of the clients’ handover, ensuring there were no delays. This meant they could move in with the added benefits of light block-out and privacy in their master bedroom and ensuite area. The clients were very happy with the quality of service and the process from start to finish. Even their beautiful dog, Lui, seemed pleased with the result!
